Cancelation policy

  • Clients have the right to cancel their reservation -in written either with E-mail or Fax- without any charges within 21 days previous to the arrival date.
  • If clients will cancel their reservation in time less than 21 days previous to their arrival date then the hotel will charge to their credit card 50% of the cost of their initial entire stay.

The Client has the obligation

  • To accept the room which has being reserved by him -or with his order through a third person- unless if the room it's not equal to the type of his reservation.
  • To keep the room till the last day that it was reserved. If not he is obliged to pay 50% of the rent that was agreed and for all the remaining days till the date the room was initially reserved.
